FM Hair Hub ("we", "us") provides hair styling services at chairs in Birmingham and Canterbury, UK, and operates this website for browsing services and booking appointments. For any privacy question, contact us via the contact page or Instagram DM.
When you make a booking or send a message, we collect the details you provide: full name, phone number, email address, chosen location/service/date/time, and any notes you add (e.g. hair length, allergies, reference links). We don't ask for payment card details through this site.
We use your information to confirm and manage your appointment, contact you about your booking, and respond to messages. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing without your separate consent.
Booking and message details are stored in Firebase Realtime Database (provided by Google) with restricted access. Photos uploaded to the gallery or services pages are hosted by Cloudinary, our image hosting provider. Both providers may process data outside the UK/EEA under their own standard safeguards.
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. We use your browser's local storage only to apply simple rate limits (e.g. stopping repeated form submissions) — this stays on your device and isn't shared with us or any third party.
Booking and enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to manage your appointment and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion. To make a request, contact us via the contact page. If you're unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We may update this policy from time to time as the site or our services change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
